敲敲单词隐私政策
欢迎使用“敲敲单词”（英文名：Qiaoqiao Words，以下简称“本应用”）。本应用由上海凌戈曼跃科技有限公司（以下简称“我们”）开发并运营。我们重视你的个人信息和隐私保护，请在使用前完整阅读本政策。若你不同意，可以选择退出；在你同意前，本应用不会进入练习及需要联网的功能。
一、我们如何处理信息
1. 本地学习与设置数据。本应用无需注册或登录。昵称“小柚”为本机默认称呼，不对应你的真实身份。为提供学习功能，本应用会在应用沙箱内保存：
- 学习进度：当前词库、关卡星级、经验值、等级、错词及错题次数；
- 学习统计：练习日期、完成单词数、最高连击、WPM、连续打卡；
- 应用设置：主题、键盘模式、声音、振动、自动朗读、音标显示、口音和每日目标；
- 隐私选择：已同意的隐私政策版本。
上述内容默认只保存在本机，不作为学习档案上传到我们的服务器。我们不收集手机号、邮箱、真实姓名、学校、通讯录、精确位置、相册内容、麦克风录音、支付信息、广告标识符或设备硬件标识符。
2. 语音包下载。仅当你在设置页主动点击下载语音包时，本应用才会连接阿里云对象存储 OSS，请求与你选择的词库和口音对应的清单及压缩包。为完成网络连接，服务提供方可能处理 IP 地址、请求时间、资源路径和必要的网络与安全日志；请求中不包含学习进度、错词、WPM 或昵称。
3. 单词朗读。本应用优先播放已下载到本地的语音包。未安装本地语音包时，可能调用设备系统的文本转语音能力。在 HarmonyOS 设备上，该能力由华为 Core Speech Kit 提供，并优先尝试离线音色；设备可能下载离线音色，在可用且必要时也可能使用在线朗读。此时，待朗读的单词文本、语言或口音参数以及完成服务所必需的网络信息可能由系统语音服务处理。你可以关闭“单词自动朗读”，并不再主动点击发音按钮。
二、设备权限
- 网络权限（ohos.permission.INTERNET）：用于你主动下载语音包，以及系统语音服务按设备能力下载离线音色或提供在线朗读。该权限通常不弹出运行时授权窗口。
- 振动权限（ohos.permission.VIBRATE）：用于按键与答题反馈，可在设置中关闭振动。
当前版本不申请相机、麦克风、位置、通讯录或相册读取权限。如果未来新增权限或新的处理目的，我们会在启用前更新说明，并依法另行征得授权或同意。
三、处理目的和法律依据
我们仅为提供单词练习、保存本地进度、展示学习统计、提供声音与振动反馈，以及完成你主动选择的语音包下载而处理上述信息。处理本机学习数据和可选联网功能以你的同意及实现你所请求的产品功能为基础；法律法规另有规定的，从其规定。
四、第三方服务、共享与公开披露
本应用不接入广告或行为分析 SDK，不进行广告画像，不出售、出租学习数据，也不向第三方共享你的本地学习记录。为实现可选的语音功能，本应用会使用阿里云对象存储 OSS 和设备系统语音服务，具体提供方、触发场景、处理信息与退出方式见《第三方服务与权限清单》。
除非取得你的单独同意，或为履行法定义务、响应有权机关依法提出的要求、保护用户或公众生命财产安全所必需，我们不会向其他主体提供或公开披露你的个人信息。
五、保存期限、存储地点与安全
本地学习数据保存至你在设置中选择“清除学习数据”或卸载本应用为止；已下载语音包可在设置中单独删除。我们不会在自有服务器建立用户账号或学习档案。网络服务提供方可能依其隐私政策和安全规则保存必要的网络与安全日志。
当前面向中国大陆发布的版本使用位于中国大陆的语音包地址，我们不主动安排个人信息跨境传输。如未来确需跨境提供个人信息，我们将依法履行告知、取得单独同意和其他适用程序。
我们采用应用沙箱、HTTPS 下载、语音包 SHA-256 完整性校验以及最小权限等措施保护信息。互联网环境不存在绝对安全；发生可能影响你权益的安全事件时，我们会依法律要求采取处置和通知措施。
六、你的权利
你可以通过“设置”页面：
- 随时查看本政策、用户服务协议和第三方服务与权限清单；
- 关闭自动朗读、声音或振动，删除已下载语音包；
- 清除关卡、星级、经验值、错词、每日统计与连续打卡等本地学习数据；
- 撤回隐私同意。撤回后应用会返回隐私确认页，在重新同意前不会进入练习和需要联网的功能。
撤回同意不影响撤回前基于同意进行处理的合法性。你也可以卸载应用删除其本地沙箱数据。若需行使查阅、复制、更正、补充、删除、限制或拒绝处理等法定权利，或提出投诉，可发送邮件联系我们。我们将在验证合理身份与请求范围后，于15个工作日内答复；法律另有规定的除外。
七、未成年人保护
本应用包含面向学生的英语词库。未满14周岁的儿童应由父母或其他监护人阅读并同意本政策后使用，监护人应指导儿童保护个人信息并合理安排使用时间。我们不会主动要求儿童提交姓名、手机号、学校或联系方式。如监护人认为我们不当处理了儿童个人信息，请联系我们，我们会依法核查并处理。
八、政策更新
如服务功能、信息处理方式或适用法律发生变化，我们可能更新本政策。涉及处理目的、信息种类、使用方式或用户权利的重大变化时，我们会通过应用内显著提示等方式告知，并在依法需要时重新征得同意。

Qiaoqiao Words Privacy Policy
Qiaoqiao Words (the “App”) is developed and operated by Shanghai Lingge Manyue Technology Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read this Policy before using the App. If you do not agree, you may exit; practice and network-enabled features remain unavailable until consent is given.
1. Information we process
Local learning and settings data. No registration or login is required. “小柚” is a default local nickname and is not tied to your identity. The App stores the selected dictionary, level stars, XP, level, wrong words, practice dates, completed-word count, best combo, WPM, streak, theme, keyboard, sound, vibration, pronunciation, accent, daily-goal settings, and accepted privacy-policy version in the App sandbox. This data is not uploaded to our servers as a learning profile.
We do not collect your phone number, email address, real name, school, contacts, precise location, photos, microphone recordings, payment data, advertising ID, or hardware device identifier.
Voice-pack downloads. Only when you actively select Download in Settings does the App request the selected dictionary/accent manifest and archive from Alibaba Cloud Object Storage (OSS). The provider may process the IP address, request time, resource path, and network/security logs necessary to deliver the file. The request does not contain your progress, wrong words, WPM, or nickname.
Word pronunciation. Locally downloaded audio is preferred. Otherwise, the App may call the device text-to-speech service. On HarmonyOS, Huawei Core Speech Kit is used and offline voices are preferred. The device may download an offline voice and, when available and necessary, may use online speech. The word text, language/accent parameter, and necessary network information may then be processed by the system speech provider. You can disable automatic pronunciation and avoid tapping the pronunciation control.
2. Device permissions
- ohos.permission.INTERNET: used for voice-pack downloads you initiate and for system speech services to download offline voices or provide online speech as supported by the device.
- ohos.permission.VIBRATE: used for keyboard and answer feedback; vibration can be disabled in Settings.
The current version does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, or photo-library permission.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process the information above only to provide vocabulary practice, preserve local progress, show learning statistics, provide sound/vibration feedback, and complete a voice-pack download you request. Processing is based on your consent and on providing the product functionality you request, subject to applicable law.
4. Third parties, sharing, and disclosure
We use no advertising or behavioral analytics SDKs, create no advertising profiles, do not sell or rent learning data, and do not share your local learning records. Optional voice features use Alibaba Cloud OSS and device system speech services. See the Third-Party Services & Permissions List for providers, triggers, data categories, and controls.
We otherwise disclose personal information only with your separate consent or when required by applicable law, a lawful authority request, or an emergency necessary to protect life, property, or public safety.
5. Retention, storage, and security
Local learning data remains until you select Clear Learning Data or uninstall the App. Downloaded voice packs can be deleted separately. We do not maintain an account or learning profile on our own servers. Network providers may retain necessary network/security logs under their own policies.
The Mainland China release uses a voice-pack endpoint located in Mainland China, and we do not proactively arrange cross-border transfers. If a cross-border transfer becomes necessary, we will follow applicable notice, separate-consent, and regulatory requirements.
We use app sandboxing, HTTPS downloads, SHA-256 voice-pack integrity checks, and least-privilege design. No security measure is absolute; we will respond to and notify affected users of security incidents as required by law.
6. Your rights and controls
In Settings you can review the legal documents, disable pronunciation/sound/vibration, remove downloaded voice packs, clear local learning data, or withdraw privacy consent. Withdrawal returns the App to the consent screen and disables practice and network-enabled features until you consent again. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.
You may uninstall the App to remove its sandbox data. To request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or to submit a complaint, email us. After reasonable identity and scope verification, we will respond within 15 business days unless applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Children
The App includes English word lists intended for students. Children under 14 should use the App only after a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to this Policy. We do not ask children to submit a name, phone number, school, or contact details. Guardians may contact us if they believe a child’s personal information has been improperly processed.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when features, processing, or applicable law changes. For material changes to purposes, data categories, use, or user rights, we will provide a prominent in-app notice and obtain renewed consent when legally required.
